M.A.C
I just got an e-mail today that M.A.C has a new collection out! Yay, happy dance! It's called the Fashion Flower collection and it features gorgeous, springy, pastel colors. The eyeshadow have cute little flowers stamped into them too! I'm going to post a couple pictures from the collection below...
This is one of the eyeshadows called Aqua

Those aren't all of the shadows, but I'm going to move onto the lips now...
This is a strange lipstick called Summer Shower. I actually think I would buy this one just to try it out...
I LOVE this color! This is Ever Hip and it's already sold out.
And there are more lip colors, but I'm going to move on to blushes...
This one is called Light Sunshine, and it looks like it would be really sheer.
There are only two blushes in this collection, and this one is by far my favorite. This is called Alpha Girl.

Prom Dress of the Week!

My Bass
I got my bass yesterday! I'm so excited to learn how to play. My dad found a free website where I can teach myself how to play, so I'll start from there. The bass is so pretty! Blue, sparkly, and it came with am amp...

NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils
Today I will be reviewing a crowd favorite, NYX's Jumbo Eye Pencils!
Look at those gorgeous colors! I only have two of them, but I'm hoping to go to Ulta tomorrow to pick up a few more. I'm going to try to collect every color because they are only about $4 a piece and Ulta always has a $3.50 off of $10 coupon available in their ad. Don't be dumb like me and not get the white one when there are three of them sitting right there! They are their best selling color and I can almost never find them.
Anyways, these work really well for bases and liners. I wouldn't use them all over the lid alone, because when they're not blended out, they tend to crease a bit. Like to use the blue (Electric Blue) as a liner on my water line, then do a light brown shadow all over my lid. I use the gold (Gold) as a base for brown or gold shadows, but I always blend it out with my finger before applying the shadow. Here are some swatches...
These are SUPER creamy and bendable and the blue stayed on my water line for three hours! The blue has tiny little flecks of silver glitter that are gorgeous under a light purple shadow. You can get these at NYX's website or at Ulta for around $4 a piece. You will meed to get the special sharpener for them which is about $4 as well.

Leopard Eyes Tutorial
I'm SUPER excited about this one! I was inspired to do it by a youtuber called xsparkage. She does a look similar to this one, but a little more dramatic. All you need for this is a brown shadow and a liquid eyeliner.
Step 1. We're not going to prime our eyes, because the shadow is only there to give depth to the eye. First off, take a blending brush and sweep a brown shadow into your crease using windshield wiper motions. The shadow I used is Jane Eye Zing in Smart Cookie...
Step 2. Using a liquid liner, (I found it easiest to use a felt tipped liner)make circles, C shapes, and dots in no particular order.
Starting thickest at the outer corner and thinning it out near the middle of the crease, start doing the leopard print right above your crease so you can see the pattern when your eye is open.
As you can see, it's not very noticeable, but I still love it!

Prom Dress of the Week!
Here is another installment of Prom Dress of the Week! This week is one that was featured on the cover of the Seventeen Prom issue this year. I love this dress. I would give it a 10 out of 10. It's so flowy and sparkly and gorgeous! It comes in coral, blue, white, and champagne. Here is the front and back of the coral color. This was the color of the one on Seventeen...

Owl City Shirt
OMGASINGOSH! I got my Owl City shirt in today! It's about a size to big, but I'll make it work. Here are the pictures!
I love this shirt. I have been to the dentist/orthodontist/oral surgeon many many times before. I have braces now and I've had 3 surgeries. Not fun. Anyways, here's a view of the shirt on me. I'm sorry it's backwards, I took it in the mirror then came down stairs to upload it and my mom said she could have taken it. I didn't think of that.
It's really long...
So to shorten it up, all I did is tucked the front into my pants and left the back as it was. Here are the results...
And the back...
And that my friends, is my shirt. =]

Prom Dress of the Week!
Here is another segment of... Prom Dress of the Week! I have to admit, I'm not a huge fan of the allover animal print on prom dresses. It's just not my thing. But then I saw this...

Crafty Day
Yesterday was a crafty day for me. I love making covers for my notebooks, so that's what I did. Here's my blog note book. It went from just a boring old note book to this...
I got another boring notebook, so I made another cover. Here's what I had...
I love sweatpants. They're so warm and cozy! One of my favorite bands right now is Owl City. The funny thing is, I saw that they are coming to the Roseland theater in June and I thought, "That would be a really fun concert to go to!" so I bought a ticket. Then I listened to the CD after that and I hadn't realized how much I liked Owl City until then! So I listened to it while I crafted. Here is a picture of the album that I bought, Ocean Eyes...
And since its called Owl City, here's the CD with my stuffed animal Mr. Swirly Curly Mascara Man...

I have Owl City, Pink, Jason Derulo, Toby Mac, and the Fray. You know what I also like? Rootbeer...
Anyways, on to my notebook. For this one, I just put a bright green paper over the cover and wrapped clear packing tape all around it...
Then I cut out some bright pink hearts and put one layer of tape on them...
I haven't finished it yet, because I need to print out this picture...
That is me and my best friend Sage. I'm the one with the light brown hair. I'm going to print that out and cut Best Friend out in purple letters and place them all around it. I'll post a picture of it when it's done. Since this is a beauty blog, these are some lip glosses that I have been loving lately...
